1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Wardrio (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wardrio Ltd.

2. The service

Wardrio provides an AI-powered wardrobe and personal styling tool that lets you:

  • Upload photos and identify clothing items using AI.
  • Save items to a personal digital wardrobe.
  • Discover visually similar products via affiliate links.
  • Generate outfit suggestions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that contain nudity, hate speech, violence or other content that violates applicable law.
  • Upload images of other people without their consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service in ways that could harm its availability or security.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product without our written permission.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls or any other technical measures.
  • Use automated tools to upload images or interact with the Service at scale.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content you grant Wardrio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any law.

We will not use your personal photos for training AI models or share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. sending an image to the Anthropic API for identification).

6. AI-generated results

Clothing identification, style suggestions, and visual matches are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee that identified items, descriptions, or product recommendations are correct, available or representative of the original image. You should verify product details before making any purchase.

7. Affiliate links & product listings

Some product links displayed in Wardrio are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Wardrio may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Wardrio does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any third-party retailers or their products.

8. Intellectual property

All software, design, text, graphics, and other materials forming the Wardrio interface are owned by or licensed to Wardrio Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wardrio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) ÂŁ100 GBP.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 5, 8, 9, 10 and 13) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
